I enjoyed having my room clean everyday. The location is great, you can walk to the main attractions. The staff is friendly. The only downside was that I booked for a king size bed but unfortunately there were not availability when we arrived. That was a bummer because we had to sleep on a full size for the rest of our trip.

Staff were courteous. Pool was very nice. One small bottle of water for 2 persons. We were told if there was one bed in the room only one bottle of water was supplied. The staff agreed that the policy didn’t make sense.

The room was okay. I recommend that this hotel be avoided at all costs if you want to be able to go to sleep before 1:30 am. The very loud music from adjacent entertainment venues starts at 9pm finishing at 2am and is unbearable even with good quality earplugs and noise cancelling headphones. I rate the hotel as minus 10! - avoid at all costs.

The location was perfect - just a block off 5th Ave shopping and restaurants. Our room was very clean and quiet. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooftop pools and bar were fun, but if you are looking for a poolside vacation, there were only 5-6 pool chairs so it was difficult to snag one. We stayed for 5 days and would definitely stay here again.

Great location just one block from La Quinta Avenida. Professional staff, clean room. They were having issues with the cable/internet provider, we were not able to watch TV, Netflix or any other app on the smart tv, nor were we able to mirror from my mobile device. They need to do some maintenance on the frameless glass shower door hinges, the glass door was dragging on the floor, it needs adjustment to prevent glass from shattering. (Safety concerns) Other than that, everything else was good.

Great location, just one block away from the hot spot 5th Avenue. 26th Street is a perfect location that places you right smack in the middle of the best walking area in Playa del Carmen.
Don’t miss out on eating here. Best darn chicken.
