Quiet, clean, spacious rooms. The staff was very friendly. The onsite restaurants were exceptional. There was a rooftop pool no one used but us.

Very dirty all over the place. Broken light bulbs. Dusty doors. Beds are made of nailed pieces of cheap wood put together. Not even a chair in the room. Stained bed sheets with hairs. Rude personnel. Run away from this place.

Uncomfortable beds, non-existent service, shower with no pressure, noisy street whole night, no pool, bathroom smells very bad even with window open whole day. When we asked for a taxi, it was at least 15 years old Nissan, while all taxis on street were decent shape. We were looking for middle priced place to stay but this one is on cheap end. At least we got clean bed sheets.

Needs remodeling- just get rid of all the junk! Needs to be open spaces & clean lines, less clutter. Must get rid of all extra fabrics, carpets, curtains that hold musty smells. Location & area are a 10! Make it clean & modern! Kitchen was perfect. Beds had old covers- just use white sheets, no covers! Get rid of tacky clutter- better if open clean spaces. Why Asian style in Mexico? Receptionist was great. Dog barked incessantly out livingroom window. Great potential if cleaned out with just modern white linens.

Great value for money. They were making some repairs (hence the condition assessment), but nothing that affected our stay. The staff was nice and the place was clean. Area is GREAT.

Great and inexpensive place but...

I love the place. It is cozy and breakfast at the roof restaurant was very good. My room was clean and nice, I liked it very much for the price. I love the theme, Hindu style. Unfortunately the girl attending the reception was rude. She had a terrible bad attitude that ruined my last day, even though I gave her nice present with a value of $30 US dollars. I would love to return but not with people like her. She needs training and treat guests better. :(

Great location.

Stayed two nights to visit Xcaret. Location was awesome, in gated community, felt really safe. Xcaret about a 10 minute drive away. Beach and 5th avenue also just minutes away. Highly recommend this hotel. Just one warning, address is listed incorrectly on booking website. Call the hotel for directions.

If I have to stay again I probably think twice.

It's a small hotel and the restaurant around take all the parking space I have to wait 30 mins for parking. Also the bars under the hotel stay on till 3:00 am and the make a lot of noise.

My room wasn't ready then I have to drive the recepcionist to a different location like 2 miles down the road I wanted I room with a king side bed, I ended up in crappy apartment

The room we had was the worst I had in my 45 years

The room we had was horrible. The floors were so dirty, the moment we put our feet on the floor, they became filthy and black. The furniture was also very old and dirty. The kitchen was a disgrace to human kind. The beds were not changed when we arrived, the sheets had body hair and have cigarette burns and wholes. It was obvious to me that the cleaning ladies only pulled the covers back on the bed throughout our stay as the same stains on the sheets were apparent every day. We had to ask to change the sheets and towels, if not nothing was done. The bathroom shower door was broken, I had to fix it myself. When we flushed the toilet, we has to pour water at the same time for it to flush properly. The safe was broken, never was fixed. The fridge was rusted and discusting. The microwave made me sick it was so filthy. One burner out of the two worked. Little to no kitchen equipment, not to mention also very dirty. The roof top pool was disgusting, me and my wife had to clean it and put chlorine in the water as we found it from looking around. All the garbage were continuously full and rerely emptied. We came back one day to find our room door unlocked and a brand new bottle of rhum miising from our room STOLEN !!! Believe me I could of used it.
