Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of PDC. Younger clientele, as seen at the rooftop pool/bar. Small issues like wanting to charge for bringing coffee to my room, many keys not working, and food at restaurant mediocre. Wonderful staff, and very comfortable beds and linens! Would definitely stay again.

The roof top pool area is beautiful. The courtyard is also beautiful with all the greenery.
our 5th trip to the area and this place was the best. Joanna, Hector, Saul and Samuel all made this a great experience. The free breakfast was A , the roof top pool and bar had tons of room, great views and the bartenders were awesome. We'd definitely pick this place again, was a great value.
The staff is wonderful. We have stayed here multiple times and the staff for the most part is always the same. Miquel, Sandra, Hector, and Alfredo are really very good and are a bonus to this company. Nice rooms and very clean. Love it here!
The location, it’s close to the beach, restaurants, bars and stores. The pool area was really nice.
Loved the rooftop pool and bar. Also, Sandra was the most attentive and helpful concierge I've ever encountered. She left a hand written note in our room every afternoon along with a small box of chocolates. Loved this place!

Great place to stay at. This clean hotel is located in the heart of playa del carmen. Only a few blocks away from the beach and stores/nite life. Breakfast was complimentary and it tasted amazing. Roof top pool is super cool. Everyone mingles while drinking poolside No corners cut when it came to customer service. I will be coming back for sure.

The staff of this hotel are great from top to bottom! The front desk staff is welcoming and warm, including everything you need to know about the hotel and area. The rooms are spacious (suite), clean, and appropriately stocked. The restaurant staff is really amazing and the food is goooood! The rooftop bar is no exception and the pool area is clean, spacious, and provides some great views of the city, beach, and the amazing full wall mural across the street. They even provide electric bike rentals ($6 USD/ hour; $26 USD/ day) right from the front desk. We also utlized the Collectivo (public bus) to/from Tulum/ Akumel from the affordable cost of $2.25 USD/ ride/person (each way). All and all, a great experience and hotel!
I been going to Mexico for over 20 years we wanted to get away from the big hotel chains this hotel is quiet clean one block from the beach and one is the nicest hotels that we've ever stayed at you cannot beat the price the staff could not do enough for you the free breakfast is phenomenal and it's close to all the restaurants on the main strip and the rooftop pool is phenomenal this place is a five star hotel
