Great place to stay

Really enjoyed our stay at this very clean, quiet, and spacious condo. Location is great for walking into Playa. Wonderful ocean view. Well equipped kitchen with filtered water provided. Comfortable beds and plenty of room for everyone!

Perfect view and property

The view is incredible, the location is perfect! Great place to use as a base of operations to take in the many things that Playa has to offer. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place for family!

Wonderful overall!! Only a short walk to 5th avenue and the ferry to Cozumel. Perfect for families. The kids loved the pool, and we had enough space to all be comfortable. Getting in when we first got there was a bit difficult, probably because we all had "travel brain". The keypad to get in was dark and you need to put a palm on it to light it up and activate it.

Needs some updating, but overall it’s a beautiful place to stay with your family. We enjoyed many nights on the balcony.

Lovely place

The condo was very nice. The property was beautiful. Easy walk to the the cozumel ferry. Nearby shopping mall and restaurants. It was also very quiet.

Perfect family get away

Resort has everything you need; especially a great bartender. Grounds were nice, pool was great as well as beach access. The condo had everything. Close to 5th street with the shopping & restaurants. Front desk was awesome as well!

Great Stay

I almost hate to let the secret out but this condo was amazing. Perfect location, very spacious and clean. Perfect for a family of 7. We could have fit a few more if needed. Very safe location and just a 3 minute walk to town. We will be back for sure.

Wonderful Location

The location cant be beat. Do yourself a favor and pre-arrange food delivery as hauling food to the location is tedious. But other than that, the location, beach, and view was 10/10. Every bit as clean and beautiful as described.

Great place, fantastic location

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week long stay. Condo was even nicer in person than in the photos. Clean, large, comfy. And you can’t beat the location, just steps from beach and stores/restaurants. Lovely pool with bar and snacks. And thoughtful guests did NOT hold chairs at the pool with towels for hours like other places we’ve stayed. Nice, easy-going property. Miss it already!

Scenic Views of Carribean and Pool

This condo is excellently located with close proximity to the beautiful Caribbean and overlooking the beautiful pool and bar area. The swim-up pool is a delight -even for the kids who order refreshments while enjoying the poolside atmosphere. It is a short walk to 5th Avenue and all the charming sites. The condo was nice as we were able to make breakfast then walk to the beach or pool area instead of going out to eat.

Great view and close to DT playa

Overall plenty of room in this 3 bedroom condo. Only complaint is the master bedroom mattress was a bit firm for my liking and kitchen is short on silverware, wine glasses and coffee cups. Shops, restaurants and ferry to Cozumel close by and convenient. No need to cab or drive everywhere. Overall nice complex.

Our family vacation

We loved the property and the restaurant staff. We did feel the stay would have been much better if there were dressers in the rooms. We all struggled with having to "live" out of our suitcases for a week. We also had a hard time with the operating the stove. Would we stay there again YES!

Clean, Comfortable, Great Ocean View Condo

The management company did a great job. Big Jug of bottled water. Air Conditioning in every room. American style kitchen with everything. Tons of towels of all sizes. I looked around for a three bedroom and this was the best value in the area. I highly recommend!!!!

AMAZING

It was perfect, the beach was clean, silky white sand and turquoise bath water. The pool was incredible and refreshing. The condo was immaculate, spacious. The view was stunning. The staff were amazing and accommodating. Five Star Properties was very quick with communication. The location is absolutely amazing, perfect combination of chill and steps from 5th ave, Oxxo, amazing restaurants. Cant say enough good things about this place. We will be back!

Easy, clean, and the perfect location.

Thank you to the owners for allowing us to stay in this fantastic place. It was a nice escape from the bustle but close enough to walk to shops and food. The only callout I would note is that It’s a lot of up/down short steps if that’s an issue, and it wasn’t for us. Robin, the pool bartender, is wonderful, especially if you like a joke. He LOVES the American football team, KC Chiefs. ;)

Wonderful stay by the sea

Except fot the seaweed and the gas smell of the boats coming in from and going out to Cozumel (which the property is not responsible for), we had a lovely stay. The view from the apartment is spectacular and we would gladly stay here again. Very well located. The cleaning service and the staff at reception are friendly and helpful. We did not find anyone at reception around 11 am just the day we had to go, when we went to the lobby to ask for someone to come pick up our luggage, we ended up having someone come a bit later, which was ok for us as we were not in a hurry since we were not leaving Playa that day.

Xaman Ha 7123: Exellent Condo Unit

Great 3 bedroom condo with veranda right above the beach and pool. Very clean condo and friendly staff. Perfect location for walks to town and a ferry to Cozumel. The beach is white soft sand with turquoise colored water. Post card picture perfect. The pool is great as is Robin the bartender/chef. Its also right on the beach. Not crowded like the all inclusives so it is very family friendly. Would recommend to anyone going to Playa Del Carmen that likes a kitchen to prepare their own food with short walks to town for meals and entertainment and is not looking for a crowded all inclusive resort. Great place. Our best vacation ever according to my wife and kids.
