Cockroach by the elevator. They obviously tried to clean but they didn’t care about stained pillowcases, towels, or a stain on the floor. The walls were thin and I woke up at 3:30am to my neighbors TV. No AC in the halls. There was construction and painting going on in adjacent rooms. I ended up checking out early but didn’t get a refund for the remaining days.

As my wife's mother always said, you get what you pay for. We needed a place to crash for 8 hours for cheap and that is what we got. VERY dated, dirty, checked in a 9:00pm to linens lining the hallway. Staff was friendly, but certainly not even a 3 star feel

for the price you can not go wrong. a clean place to stay with free breakfast and a brand new sprinter van to pick up and drop you off. ok the place undergoing transformation and construction. but 75 dollars a night with a pool i can not complain. the staff is very nice. i left my charger at home and the very nice lady at the front desk let me borrow hers. that is customer service at its best. if you are looking for the ritz carliton then stay at the Marriott in the airport for 300 a night. with no freebies. other wise these nice hosts here at the quality will take great care of you. i was not happy with my room and they changed it. i also asked for house keeping and in 10 minutes they where there. and i have stayed here 3 times on different reservations. and they have been extremally nice to me. remember its under construction and there is a pool that is clean. if you have kids great place to stay when you have a canceled flight. and a Denny's right next door. if i could give the staff 10 stars i would. thank you

Was a terrible experience 1.Phones in room not working 2.Fridge was molding/cleaned it and made complain 3.Water drainage no flow complained nothing was done until 4th complaint and request of another room broken dresser door which couldnt close 4.TV wasnt working in room and with no phone to call either you call from cellphone of had to walk down everytime 5.Room we moved to leaking sewage from pipes.I got pics and I called to inform front desk he said nothing he can do and no other room available and put the phone down before I could complete. I will never use Quality hotel again and wouldnt recommend that location to anyone, out of care I put bin to catch leaking water from ceiling area and a bad sent was in there. pls have this place checked

It was very outdated and could have used a better cleaning. Air conditioning compressor was loud as hell which obviously something was wrong with it. Bathroom exhaust fan wasn't working. Just the overall experience was not good probably would not stay there again

Well when we checked in the we went to shower the tub was stopped up… i called and asked to switch rooms and they did but the second room the ac didn’t work and the tv didn’t work i was told they would come fix it the next day!!!! My wallet was stolen out of my room it’s no need to call cuz there was words exchanged because she was being rude for no reason!!!!
