My best friend and I stayed here in a 2 bedroom suite. We have 5 children between us and it was perfect for our needs. We came for American Dream mall tourism. Location was approx half an hour from the mall, drive was not bad at all. Property was clean and beautiful, everything seemed updated/new. Quiet when it needed to be. Breakfast was great for a hotel free breakfast. Staff was friendly and more than accommodating when we had needs like trash pickup from our room or extra towels, etc. only bummer was that pool was closed when we checked in, but it was up and running for the rest of our visit. I would stay here again.

The woman at the front desk on Friday 04-25-25 around 12 noon was so helpful, kind, and nice. She gave me so much information, help, and directions. She’s is a great worker!!!

I did not have a very good experience at the stay. The staff was very nonchalant and not helpful. The pool was down the entire time, even though I was told at check-in that it would be up and running in an hour so nothing fun to do for my kids, then the day of check out I found a bedbug on the bed. They sent two people up to do an examination and place the bug in a cup and told me that they were going to do an examination and get back to me. Didn’t feel like they were really taking me serious when I checked out the manager didn’t even want to talk about the situation until I brought it up , and all I was offered was a free snack and a free drink from the concession stand at check-in very upset with my stay here would not be coming back. I am so sad that I have this experience as the hotel room itself was actually clean and the breakfast was decent, Hope future guest don’t have the experience I did and I hope they fume out that room like they said they would and that’s just not what they tell guest to get them to shut up

From the moment we arrived, we had a cigarette smoke smell in our room that only seemed to get worse as the night went on. The bathroom tiles were all cracked as the bathroom has seen better days and needs a refresh.
