Great hotel, great room (303) well stocked kitchen with all tools pans dinnerware etc. Had a portable induction cook top so you can prepare anything in your room, Full size fridge is awesome. Very nice hotel highly recommend.

Pros: Very clean. Staff very accommodating. They called when the room was ready before 4 pm. Restaurant good. Cons: Not extremely quiet. The doors slam shut. The TV is only streaming and often was just the circle of frustration! Would prefer regular satelllite with many stations to chill on.

I like to stay at Best Western because they usually have an included breakfast buffet, but this location does not have an included breakfast. For me, this is the only downside to this Best Western. It was convenient to visit my daughter, who is only a 5 minute drive away, hence the choice of this Best Western. For my next visit to Ottawa I will choose a hotel with an included breakfast.
