We lost power once we got there later at night and had cold showers the next day because water heater likely had been shut off. I know this was out of there control but if I’m paying to stay somewhere not in my own home, I shouldn’t be paying full price for not a full service. They wouldn’t do anything about it which was unfortunate.

Construction.

The hotel was great but there was construction next door started at 7am. They should have put all the guests in rooms on the other side of the building. There would have been no noise.

The service was perfect honestly! The guy at the reception, Ryan, was AWESOME!!! He upgraded our room to have a beautiful view because we went for my sister's birthday, gave us the snacks for free, sent her 2 plates of macaron with a letter and he took off the fee for the valet Honestly, I recommend that hotel for everyine and I will definitly go again
