Great location, a short 15 minute walk from EPCOT (I think Hollywood studios is equally close) and ample free shuttle opportunites for the other parks. Nice and quiet, when you need a break from the theme parks, but close enough to all the fun. Brownie points for the free boat service to the parks and other attractions. Would happily stay here again.

Wonderful experience at the Swann reserve funny we thought we were booking a room at the Swann. We ended up realizing we booked at the Swann reserve initially we were disappointed however it could not have worked any better. The resort is new. Wonderful amenities is excellent staff lovely environment and it’s only about a two minute walk to the Swann so it did not add that much additional walking to get into Epcot. In fact, we preferred the longer walk in the evenings after a long day and lots of eating :-) the side amenities are wonderful the restaurant and the morning coffee sandwiches and snacks will definitely be staying there again. Leanna at the front desk. Did a wonderful job.

The swan reserve is amazing! This was our second stay and it was just as good as the first. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff is great.. everyone is so helpful and nice. Very nice pool/bar/restaurant. Definitely a more adult hotel/pool but we traveled with kids 9 months to 10 years old and they all loved it.

There is one restaurant and one cafe. The cafe closes really early. There isn’t a Disney gift shop like the main Swan resort. It’s quite a hassle getting to any Disney attraction.

This property was beautiful and the staff were very helpful. The area was quiet and transportation to Epcot was very easy. The only very few things I didn’t like was having to pay for parking and options of food
