The property is in a convenient location, rooms in the resort areas are old, you can hardly get the rooms cool and ours was super musty smelling which caused our allergies to go crazy. Easy walk to Disney Springs tho, so if you go stay in the main tower, not in the resort rooms.
The lobby was very nice and impressive, but our room was meh. It was LOUD. Was awakened at 9am by housekeeping banging on the door, and she didn't even apologize for it. Woman at desk was not very pleasant and difficult to understand. The price was right and the proximity to Disney was great, but we won't stay there again.
Clean rooms, but keep in mind the beds in the double room are full size beds and not queen size beds ad advertised.
Property was a pleasant surprise but there were issues with our doors, very hard to open/close with lock issues. Also experienced minor customer service issue: requested a do not disturb sign for door by phone and in person and it was never provided, housekeeping came banging at the door early in the morning when still in bed.
Temperature in room too warm.
The room smells badly. Looks like they don’t change the air conditioning filter. That’s the only complaint. Please before releasing a room send someone to check how the room smell. It’s really disappointing to enter a room and you smell like dust. If you let the filter to get very dirty the entire ac machine will need to be clean. Please take care of this because the hotel is great!!!!! We didn’t enjoy the room.

Hotel is in a perfect location if you're going to Disney Springs, it's less than a 5 minute walk. Transportation to the park was easy. Front desk was friendly and efficient. My only real complaint is the charge for parking, which we thought was excessive.
