The shower water pressure and hot water was nearly none existent. We put a do not disturb sign on the door. House keeping kept knocking at all hours of early morning. They eventually removed the sign and slid it under the door and continued their knocking on the door hours before checkout time.

After adding two days to my one day reservation, i had to checkout and checkin in person at the front desk each day. Also…i notified them that we had ants in our room and needed to get it sprayed. Coming back to the room after spending the day in Disney, I found my backpack full of the ants in the room.

We’ve stayed here once a year for the last 5 to 6 years and it never disappoints ! The rooms are nothing too fancy, but they are clean and have everything you need plus really comfortable beds. The pool area is awesome and the location to Disney springs is perfect for a quick walk over. I look forward to my next stay here!

Really close to Disney Springs. Excellent bus service to all the Disney Parks( except water parks) Brilliant swimming pool. Joffrey’s coffee shop in reception.

The staff was ok, but short when I questioned all the charges. The bathroom still had hair in it and the door had a crack in it that you could see the light outside. Would not stay there again.
