The extra charges is ridiculous

Like the proximity to Disney Springs the pool area is very nice and the housekeeping staff does an exceptional job.

The room smelled the refrigerator was leaking and the is turned into a sticky mess with nats flying all around . The room wasn’t cleaned I tried several times asking house meeting when I seen them but they don’t speak English. I needed Toilet paper I informed them that I was on the toilet bowl and there was no toilet paper it took them an hour to bring it to my room. The place was run down they front staff was so nasty and didn’t want to help u Except one person who I asked to please just come and change the sheets and he was very kind to do it. I would not recommend this place to anyone this may be on Disney grounds but it is nothing like staying in Disney hotels.

The location of the hotel is great, just 5 min walk to Disney Springs where you can find all you need for shopping, dining and entertainment. Also we liked the free shuttle offered to the parks. The pool area was also a lot of fun for the kids. Probably the only thing that could have been better was the buffet, for the price I expected more variety and quality in the food. Staff was super friendly and the lobby just smells great

We loved our stay at Wyndham Garden! Great location, walking distance from Disney Springs, pool was amazing and customer service was excellent. The only issue I had with my stay was that they didn't seem to do a regular deep cleaning of the rooms. Bathtub and sink would not drain properly and the pollen/dust in the overall room was clearly making it hard to breath for someone with allergies. I deep cleaning of the carpets and vents would probably help with the air quality in the rooms. Overall, I would stay at this resort again. My family had an amazing time!

The property is located right next to Disney Springs which is perfect. The pool is amazing. The front desk representative can be a bit friendlier in my opinion. Overall the hotel is great. I will definitely book again.

Still within Disney area. Staff was pleasant.

The property has an excellent proximity to Disney Springs, we were able to walk there and have an enjoyable evening. Overall the property itself is very pretty, and well maintained. The reason for the “ok” review is that upon entering our room, there was an overwhelming smell of pesticide/bug spray. I am a few weeks pregnant and had concerns the room was recently fumigated. We called the front desk and were offered only a spray of fabreeze. We understood that the hotel was fully booked and we couldn’t be moved that night, but were not offered any other compensation. Once an employee came down to the room to spray - he also agreed the smell of pesticide was very prevalent - and asked if we had been offered anything for compensation. Once he left the front desk called back and offered us a free breakfast voucher. This was a nice gesture. However the a manger on duty never put a note into the system and we had to return to lobby two extra times to receive the voucher. We were also told me may be able to switch rooms the second night, but were never followed up with. At that point we gave up and just decided to enjoy what we could of our stay. Recommendations for the property would be to be more attentive to guests concerns. Otherwise we did enjoy our stay, and the positive aspects of the property.

Do not stay here. It is shocking that this is a Disney property. There is no magic…there is NO customer service, period. I have travelled for work for years and have never come across a hotel with such a lack of hospitality. I literally could not wait to get off the property. They have put some work in to the cosmetics of this hotel, but you can’t cover-up what is rotten at the core. We were also put in a room next to the loading dock. SEMI TRUCKS BACKING IN ALL NIGHT. I didn’t sleep. The kids didn’t sleep. Can’t imagine trying to go to a Disney park this way.

Convenient to Disney Springs.

Near Disney Springs

Property was great and close and easy walk to Disney Springs.

Will be going back to this place.

Thanks

Pool lounge bar staff was the best.

Check-in was slow (15 wait and process). Property has outside corridors which means you have to keep the shades pulled at all times for privacy. There were a few bugs in my room. Elevators were old and did not feel clean. I paid the resort fee but never used any of the amenities, but they seemed to be nice and good for families.

Obviously the rooms of this hotel are dated, but they have done a fantastic job of updating them to modern day. Everything was very clean, and all of the staff were helpful and friendly.
