Staff was very courteous ! The hotel however is very underwhelming . A tiny lobby/breakfast area and everything just seemed old. The room was just as disappointing. The sofa bed was filthy and the mattress cover had large holes in it! To top it all off the shuttle they advertise to the theme parks only runs during the day! I would not stay there again!

We reserved a king bed room however when we arrived we were told they had all been sold. Once the check in process was complete we were told the elevator was out of service, which meant we had to carry our bags up to the 3rd floor. The front desk did tell us we were lucky it wasn’t the 6th floor. After speaking to othe guests we found out the elevator had been out for a couple days. The elevator was finally repaired Friday afternoon.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! Parking is available on-site and very convenient. Universal Studios is a short drive away & the hotel also provides free theme park shuttles! Breakfast is also included in the stay. Our room was clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay.
