We came in late at night and I turned on the outside light which was only motion detected. Very inconvenient when walking back toThe car and coming back as the place is around a corner from where you park. Upon going inside, there were Cheerios on the ground. We went upstairs and I grabbed towels to shower after a long day and noticed what appeared to be mice poop in by the towels. There was coffee spilled on the floor in the bedroom and there was mold on the wall in the bedroom. I’m not sure how this has such good reviews, but I would rate it a zero star if I could. Communication with the host was a very slow process and they wouldn’t offer any refund. Needless to say, if you care about cleanliness at all, do not stay here.

Access to the convention center does require a car (which was made clear to me prior to the meeting), as it would require walking or biking across busy highways, though only a mile away. Myrtle was extremely nice and very responsive to my texts. The space was clean, neat and in a quiet area with beautiful views of the water.

Check in went smoothly. The hostess provided a photo of our parking spot with entrance instructions.This cozy apartment helped provide a home base while we attended a nearby convention. The small kitchen had all the basics we needed to prepare a few simple meals that saved us time and money.The hostess was responsive when we had an issue getting into the apartment one night (keypad didn't work). Even on the weekend, she worked with us toward a solution.

This place was perfect. Its location was exactly what I needed to get to and from the Orange County Convention Center. The place is cute and relaxing. Pretty sunsets off the patio overlooking the little lake making it pleasant way to end the day! Definitely would stay again!

Beautiful Condo

This place was the perfect location! Very close to Universal and Sea World. The house was clean and comfortable. We liked the 2 floor layout as the teens could hang out downstairs and have their own area. The refrigerator was large, we had a washer and dryer if we needed it. I would've appreciated more toilet paper, but overall it was great! Nice owner and great communication.

Oh my gosh! The condo is great, but the view is AMAZING!

The condo was VERY immaculate, efficient, impeccable, and comfortable! However, what the photo does not show is the beauty of the view over the lake in the mornings and especially in the evenings. The sunsets were wonderful! We got the mornings started with coffee on the back patio and especially enjoyed the relaxation, sitting and enjoying the magnificent view after a busy day of activities! It was a wonderful plus to the enjoyable condo stay that we were not expecting.
