I was disappointed as we have stayed here several times but this last time we has no ac in our room and despite they tried to fix a grw times we had to move to another room at 11 at night to a double bed (had a king) To top it off the second room had ants everywhere

Nice stay, need more front desk presence

Overall excellent. The staff was friendly. The only minor issue was that there frequently was no one manning the front desk. You often had to wait several minutes for someone to appear. One time, we were in a bit of a hurry and needed to buy 2 items from the store on our way out. Finally, a member of the breakfast kitchen staff wrote down our room number and the 2 items so that the front desk could ring them up when they came back to the front desk.

Good stay overall.

Good stay! The only downside were the beds. Sooooo uncomfortable. But clean. Missed the free breakfast and free wifi but we knew about the breakfast going in. The lobby was really nice and lots of fresh flowers. Pool was small but well kept and clean. Bathroom in our room was clean but conditioner was almost gone. Love that they have the big bottles attached to the walls. Good stay overall.
