Great hotel! Traveled with our 18mo old daughter so the 1 bedroom suite was very convenient. Road noise a bit noisy for our room toward the front of the property. Had to call a few times to have maintenance come for a plumbing issue. Overall we were happy with our stay and would consider staying there again in the future. Free breakfast in the morning was nice! Location great. Close to everything and very walkable.

Good location downtown. Recently remodeled rooms, beds were comfortable. Hot breakfast was sufficient. Extra nightly fee for parking in an unattended surface lot was not expected. Overall good value, would stay again.

We made reservations for a suite for my son‘s birthday party. He got hurt 30 minutes after arriving. He fell into a wall. We had to take him to the ER and cancel the party. We checked out within A couple of hours of checking in. We asked due to the extenuating circumstances if we could either get a refund or just reschedule. We were denied both. We will not be staying with Hilton ever again. Apparently there is no compassion. Thank you.

We called before arriving and asked about a crib, we were told there would be one available for us. They did not have any for us the first night so a toddler sleeping in bed with their parents was not ideal. However, they redeemed themselves and got us one the following night. Key cards messed up on our last night and that was really frustrating. There are a few things missing. Not enough towels for six adults and one toddler. Broken handle on one of the bedroom doors that made it not able to be locked, and some of the soap and shampoo and conditioner were out of stock. Overall, the stay was clean and comfortable, and I would stay again. The space was great for the number of us. The offer for waters at the front desk was fantastic! And the staff keeping up with the breakfast did an amazing job. They ensured that everything was cleaned up and well stocked the entire time. I would give this a 3.5 out of 5 for the reasons mentioned above.
