We had multiple things go wrong while staying at this hotel. It seemed like it was one thing after the other. When we first arrived the ceiling light and fan in the bedroom was broken. They sent someone to come fix it but they said there was nothing they could do so we just ignored it. Then the next day the ac/heater in the living room was only blowing cold air. It said it needed adjusted on the thermostat, so we tried that but the living room area just got colder. We had the heat set in the 70s but it was reading that the room was 60 degrees! We called for someone to fix it. Someone came up and took it apart and said it seemed like a sensor and it should work now. He turned it on and immediately left. It continued blowing cold air so we just left it off and stayed in the bedroom. My family and I are upset we paid for the suite but was only able to use the bedroom because it was so cold in the living area. There was also a cupboard broken but the maintenance guy said he didn’t have the tools to fix it at the time. Grub hub delivery was advertised as free delivery through the hotel. We scanned the QR code for grub hub on our suites refrigerator door but the delivery was not free. Just very disappointing.

Room was very nice size for 4 people. My only real complaint is could use more trashcans in the room and daily trash removal, rather every other would be nice. Also no extra toilet paper to be found in room. Bathroom sink area very small.
