Pictures are not what they seem bathroom was dirty, no television no ac or heat. The minute you enter the hotel it’s smells like smoke even if you choose nonsmoking the rooms have a smoke smell, the second night you can hear people shouting shutting doors. This is not a hotel I would recommend for family’s couples or anyone in general. The area even though there are shops nearby and touristy the hotel is horrible.

The sheets smelled like cigarette smoke. There was a roach in the bathroom. The faucet in the living room didn't work (but the one in the bathroom worked fine). The heat stopped working after a while and I had to use the supplemental heater in the room. There was no Do Not Disturb sign to hang on the door. The TV and satellite receiver were disconnected, and I had to reconnect them, but they still didn't work.

Room was ok. Original room booked wasn't ready when we arrived but it was ok. Staff was friendly. But I would bring airfreshner or a travel air purifier. Our whole floor and the 2nd floor smelled like pot. We were in a hurry so we only had time to check in, change and go. But for the price, it was what it was. Good location, walking distance to BART. Ok overall

Negligence about the bug bites came out with several bites on me and my partner did not want to give us refund told us we have to come back at 5 o’clock in the morning gave us. The runaround gave us false credit card information. Lied to us serveral times and lied to hotels.com
