Pool was cold and pool room was freezing, we couldn’t swim. TV didn’t work properly, was full of static. Light in room and bathroom very dim. The only mirror was in the bathroom, needed to use my iPhone as a mirror to put on makeup as the bathroom was occupied.

Hotel itself is what to expect. Just the classic scammer hustle at the front. Paid online full price. Then I get there and they say oh pay this 5$ resort fee. For what?? They say pool and it’s not even open. Then parking fee 25$
