This was a convenient spot to stay in Niagara Falls at a fairly reasonable price. The staff were pleasant overall, rooms were a little dated, parking was very confusing considering you can’t access it without your room key. I didn’t realize this was a pet friendly hotel and we had a dog on our floor that barked constantly and woke us up at 6am. I’m not sure why the guests with pets weren’t put on the same floor, instead we didn’t sleep because of this. I would not book here again because of that.

The hotel was great but we were slapped with a credit card fee and a $30 per day parking two blocks away from the hotel. You couldn’t even pay with cash. That was very stressful. Other than that it was beautiful place and it was very clean.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had a jetted tub in the room. I'd prefer a walk in shower. The jetted tub was deep and it was a big, and a little slippery stepping into the tub. We had a nice partial view of the falls. It was convenient to get to Table Rock and blue/green WeGO buses. We enjoyed pur stay and would return to this hotel.

Not bad but not great

Staff was very friendly, and helpful. Pull out bed for the kids wasn’t worthy to sleep on. Springs is all you could feel. Bathroom door couldn’t be closed because a kid could not open it. We were disappointed that there was no actual fallsview from any public areas in the hotel. And our room was facing the street.

We were driving from the US and had this hotel booked on the Canadian side. Unfortunately we forgot our passports, so my bad. As expected the hotel refused to give us a refund, but they refused a credit to use later too. It was a genuine situation and seems like it happens too often. I spent atleast 1-1 1/2 hr calling the hotel and Expedia while on a holiday, but the hotel refused to help in anyway.

The room itself is satisfactory; however, the room service leaves much to be desired, They didn’t clean the bathroom countertop, the floor was not clean, and the bed linens were not changed despite their visible uncleanliness.
