The staff were all great and very friendly. Despite the long line ups at check in, the front desk staff were quick and efficient. The room was clean and well stock. Where it lost a star, is that there isn’t adequate shelter if you end up having to park offsite (indoor lot always seem to be full) while waiting for the shuttle there’s no protection in wind and rain just a little wooden open shed like structure.

The room had no working air conditioning, throughout the night our room temp went upto 30 degrees. Was not ideal to sleep in. Room was in a non smoking area but smelled like smoke. Bathtub was so dirty Would not stay here again

The wind leaked through the window at such a high rate that the curtains blew as though I opened a window in the middle of a winter storm. It was so cold and draftee in the room that my husband and I couldn’t wait to leave. It was so unfortunate because we loved the hotel up to that point.
