Overall say was good but there was one night that the staff member from the lobby called at 2am to ask under what name the reservation was, then another member called again at 4am to ask the same and there was a mixed up with the reservation and that they have given me someone’s else room.

The check-in was quick, and the room was petty clean. There is a lot of glitter on the standalone sofa so we didn't use it. Otherwise everything else looked clean.

Front desk was horrible upon check in - there was no information given, I had to ask about wifi, They never told me breakfast was included so we never had any for the 2 days we stayed there. Parking was ridiculously expensive- $70 per night. I could have walked a few blocks and paid the cheaper price of $35 per night however it is winter and freezing cold.

The room AC/Heater somewhat noisy. Otherwise our stay was good. Check-in/out was efficient and prompt. Had minor issue getting elevator C going down to open in level L. Had to go up again to another floor then transferred to another elevator in order to get out at level L as we are trying to beat the 11am checkout time. Reported the issue to the desk staff who acknowledged that someone had been tasked to repair the elevator. Thank you for providing one night of pleasant stay in this hotel. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

The room wasn't as booked as it appeared during booking. I booked a corner room with two large windows overlooking the Falls, but it wasn't the case. Parking was also charged extra, which wasn't specified at the time of booking.

Yes the restaurants was amazing, the area is great around the area ,.i enjoyed my self staffing is incredible realy enjoyed the weekend stay
