The front desk staff was rude . After charging almost $40 per night for parking we had to park the car almost two signals away from the hotel and walk back in the rain. Very inconvenient stay . Two days before we stsyed at the Marriott fallsview and it was so much better in every department. Would not recommend this hotel as the other hotels in the area are way better
The view of the Falls was breathtaking
I liked that you only have to walk 5 minutes and you can have access to the falls. There are a lot of restaurants near the hotel. The staff was really friendly.
Nice hotel. Room was clean but bathroom was dated and not perfectly clean. Additionally the toilet flushed very poorly. Decent stay, would come back, but wouldn’t go out of my way to stay there again.
The hotel is located within a 10-15 min walk to the falls. Very convenient and there is a IHOP within the hotel, and many many dining options within a 10 minute walk. The only problem with the room is that you need to keep the water running in the bathtub for several minutes before you get hot water.

Paid extra to get a room with a water view, but was given a city view and wasn't refunded any money. Check in and check out staff was great. Rooms were clean. Bathroom could use some cosmetic touch ups, but was still nice.
Our room was very large. On the 2nd day of the stay we never received any type of service....bed not made, no new towels. Couldn't reach front desk.....called many times, no answer. Finally we tracked down a maid's cart and got our own clean towels. One main elevator not working....long wait for elevator.

I found very disappointed that I had booked two rooms and was given two rooms on different floors when arrived.
