We had a great stay at the Wyndham Grand Fallsview and would definitely return. The location was excellent, with a beautiful view and easy walking distance to the Falls. One of our favorite parts was having access to the neighboring hotel and the casino without having to go outside, which made everything so convenient. There were endless food options nearby, so we never had to worry about finding something to eat. The staff was also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We did have a minor issue with the toilet flushing slowly, and the front desk handled it quickly. They called us because the maintenance staff did not want to knock while our do not disturb sign was out, which we appreciated. We also visited the pool twice and really enjoyed it. Overall, it was a great experience in a perfect location, and we will absolutely be coming back.

Room was clean and quiet. The one elevator was broken so it took a long time to get an elevator and we were on the 11th floor. Both mornings, our shower was ice cold. We did tell the front desk and they gave us a reduction of $25.00.
