We initially checked into Room 404, only to find the heating system completely broken, leaving the room freezing cold. The front desk refused to resolve the issue, claiming the system was down and offering only an extra blanket. We strongly demanded a room change. Although we were moved to Room 312, the situation remained the same—the room was equally freezing with no heating. It was so cold that we were shivering in our winter jackets and could not stay there. Since the front desk representative was unable to assist us and told us to contact the manager the next day, we had no choice but to leave your hotel immediately after midnight. We did not spend a single minute staying at your property and had to find another hotel to stay the night at our own more expense. It was only two hours ago that I finally received a written response from the hotel. They mentioned they need to 'further review' my situation before getting back to me，Prior to this, we made numerous phone calls and left messages for the manager, but received absolutely no reply. Given that we received absolutely no service and were forced to leave due to uninhabitable conditions, we demand a full refund of our payment. Additionally, we expect a formal apology for this unacceptable treatment. If you refuse to resolve this issue, we will make sure the public is fully aware of your hotel's practices and my experience.

The room was next to the elevators, which make a terrible noise going up and down. I asked for a change of room and I got a new room that was even worse with a family with a whole bunch of kids screaming and crying all night. On top of that the pillows and bed blankets smelled like a sweaty camel. The front desk staff was nice and so was the shuttle bus driver.

Convenient airport transfer to and from the hotel. Only issue I had was that I found an unopened Chick-Fil-A sauce in my room on top of the dresser. Not sure of that meant that the room wasn't cleaned properly or if someone entered the room whilst I wasn't there, but it made somewhat paranoid heading into my night's rest.

Bed was comfy, room and bathroom were clean. There is a shuttle (on the hour) from the airport, for the morning shuttle there are only so many spaces for each hour, i.e. 6 am, 7 am, 8 am. I ended up taking a taxi for $30 (yikes!). There is a kitchen with a delicious selection of about 5 meal items, and a cooler with soft drinks you may purchase. Also beer available. Breakfast was sufficient—hot and cold offerings. You need a keycard to make the elevator run so technically not just anyone is going up to the rooms. I was there only bc my flight was delayed and it was comfortable enough. (Nothing nearby to shop at.)

I am extremely disappointed with how the hotel handled the airport pickup. I waited for over an hour in the freezing cold, and a bystander had to offer me their phone so I could even contact the hotel. When I finally reached them, I was told it would be another 30 minutes. After waiting far too long in winter conditions, another hotel kindly offered me a ride after seeing how long I had been standing outside. Upon arriving at this hotel, the receptionist dismissed my experience and told me it was “impossible” that this happened. There was no apology, no concern, and no effort to resolve the situation. I was simply told there was nothing they could do. This lack of accountability and basic customer care was extremely frustrating. Unfortunately, this experience left me very dissatisfied with my stay.
