Staff was very friendly which was the best part. Hotel elevator and hallways are dark, old looking and dirty. The whole place smells bad. The room was clean and decent but it was dark, with odd mixed dim lighting and very small and not as sound proof as advertised. Free shuttle is nice. The overall vibe was dismall but the staff tries hard to make it feel nicer.

Airport shuttle if possible can you add the slot, last time i was staying there and all the shuttle was full from 5am to 8am so i need to take taxi. If possible to have 2 shuttle in busy time it will be wonderful

Clean hotel and very nice staff. The shuttle only comes hourly and you must book the airport shuttle the night before. I arrived at 7p and that was too late - next day shuttle was already full. Despite the way it appears proximate on the map, you cannot walk. A taxi cost me $25 during morning rush hour. Traffic does back up into JFK so plan accordingly.

Inefficient Shuttle: I sat at Federal Circle waiting for 3 hrs for the shuttle which is supposed to come hourly. To be told by the driver, I should have called. I am not from the US and do not have the ability to call. I have stayed here numerous times and have never had this issue before.Everything about the hotel was satisfactory.

Great staff, great location to get to jfk long term parking. We were lucky to get an on street parking spot, but could be a problem in the area. Hotel met our needs night before early flight out.
