Staff was very friendly which was the best part. Hotel elevator and hallways are dark, old looking and dirty. The whole place smells bad. The room was clean and decent but it was dark, with odd mixed dim lighting and very small and not as sound proof as advertised. Free shuttle is nice. The overall vibe was dismall but the staff tries hard to make it feel nicer.

The front desk staff and shuttle drivers were excellent. The room was tiny but spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was newly renovated and clean. The only issue was breakfast; it was so crowded, and only one staff member was managing to clean the tables, restock items on the line, and make waffles for everyone. She was clearly overwhelmed and snapped a few times at people trying to grab items as she was trying to restock the area. I would suggest some additional help for this lady. The waffle line was extremely long because she also had to make each waffle. Overall I will return

The room was indeed spotless and si was the bath. The comfort of the bedding outwieighed the view form my window. The staff was very kind and hospitable. Public transportation was available curbside which made it very easy to get into town and Manhattan.

The room, while small, was very clean and had everything you need. The bathroom was small, but very nice. The shower was a good size. It did lack counter space. Also, if you stay in the winter, be aware it’s across from where the trucks get sand/salt for the roads. It definitely affects the traffic & is a bit noisy. We were on the 4th floor and after a day of walking, we were not bothered by the noise! Would stay again.

A hotel employee broke into my room twice while I was staying here.i reported it to the staff and they didn’t do anything except pass me to a manager who couldn’t do anything. Genuinely shocked. Avoid this establishment at all costs

We booked AND paid in advance for two nights from Friday to Sunday as we were coming in at 6am Saturday morning. I called the hotel and informed them of our "late" arrival. When we arrived at 6am after traveling overnight from overseas, we were told that no rooms were available as we were a "no show " and our pre-paid room was given to someone else. I explained our situation. I said I called AND emailed to let them know what time we were coming in. My family had to wait hours for a room after flying overnight. This was extremely distasteful and disappointing especially since I gave them notice. We emailed the manager about getting some compensation and have gotten no response.
