This property and staff was nice, clean and friendly. Close wall to bourbon street, food. Parking garage near by. Only issue was water pressure in bathroom sink was almost to low.

Beautiful apartment once we checked in, however upon arrival there was no valet parking, concierge or receptionist so it took about 15 minutes to find someone and check in before managing the bags, we thought we had made a terrible mistake. It seems it was poor timing and the remainder of the stay there were staff about whenever we needed them. Very helpful and considerate, nice bar in the hotel and a pool that unfortunately was closed for safety reasons. I would be tempted to book closer to the FQ next time but I think I would struggle to get such a nice apartment/ rooms with kitchen and washing facilities.

The sheets were stained and we had to change rooms because the first room had sticky stuff on the furniture. The throw pillows looked dirty and the chairs looked dirty. The whole feel was not good. We even check for bed bugs because it was not a great feeling as soon as we walked in.

Clean hotel, larger rooms, wonderful staff, great location, nice roof top pool, laundry available, clean gym. Make sure you leave the proper light on for daily room service. Great place

The rooftop pool was awesome, however it would've been nice if the bar was actually staffed. Also, the pool is a bit of walk from the rooms. For example, Rooms --> Elevator to lobby --> walk to other side of hotel --> Elevator to pool.
