This hotel is not guest friendly. The atmosphere is bland filled with beautiful furniture. I had an incident with the Valet Manager that really put the icing on the cake for me. I never was able to get in the pool due to the weather, no bartender in sight on the property, breakfast $20 only offered on weekends, if you want your robe and slippers you have to ask for it, most of the staff friendly, housekeeping (no english). The place like fort knox, must have your key for everything.

My first time at this facility. Very nice room and location. Not in heavily congested area on Canal and easy walk to Bourdon Street— and plenty of nearby restaurants! Convenient , reasonable, 24 hr parking across the street . Limited internal food options but nice, lobby bar and plenty of quiet, romantic sitting cubbies in lobby area!

Everyone was super loud in the hallways at 2am-4am… workers beating hammers in nearby rooms early in the morning. Receptionist was horrible at night didn’t tell us anything WiFi related, checkout times, breakfast times nothing. He was just on his phone and seemed like he didn’t want to work. Also the valet was horrible. They didn’t give me all my keys back. I guess they lost it I don’t realize they were gone till we got home 4hrs away. One key was my house key and my bedroom key. I called to let them know they said a manager would call me the next day. It’s been 3 days later and still know call. I paid over 150$ for them to lose my key and had to go pay to get more made.

The staff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful, and overall it offers a decent price-quality ratio. My room was clean and decently spacious (even if the vibe at the hotel generally was more corporate than comfortable, and some furniture needed to be replaced). But the hotel is located in a lifeless stretch of Canal Street, about a 10-minute walk from the edge of the French Quarter, and that walk includes some very pedestrian-unfriendly intersections (very long waits for crosswalks, very little time to cross). There are very few restaurants and bars nearby, and the hotel itself has a cafe open in the morning but no consistently open restaurant or bar. When I arrived, I learned that the hotel restaurant (advertised on the website as open for breakfast Thursdays through Sundays) was actually going to be closed Thursday (on the week before Mardi Gras)- that wasn't a huge deal, but the website should be accurate. I wouldn't stay again, but not a terrible option if the better located hotels are too expensive.

The room was disgusting. The towels were paper thin. Sheets were ripped. I tried to communicate with the housekeeping staff after no one answered the front desk phone after multiple attempts. I waited over an hour and a half for my car in valet. It was such a disappointing experience. I tried to report my issues to the front desk and no one ever showed up or acted concerned. For what I paid, this place should have been pristine.

We had an excellent stay! The rooms were spotless, very spacious, and well maintained. The hotel staff was amazing—friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout our visit. The location was perfect as well; we were close to everything and were able to walk everywhere without having to drive once. I would definitely stay here again!

The room condition was ok. However, the toilet seat fell off and I almost fell in the process. Cleanliness was also an issue. Trash in front of doors, utensils on the hallway floors and elevators that look like freight elevators. There was also a strong stench of weed throughout the halls. One positive was the location. We were front and center for the main Mardi Gras event. However, it was not worth the $717 I paid for the night. I would not stay there again, nor would I recommend the hotel.
