I had the worst experience ever here and I'm from New Orleans. Someone in housekeeping went into my room past the "privacy please" tag and stole money. And Taylor at the front desk, was EXTREMELY RUDE to everyone including myself when the housekeeping issue arose. Which makes me feel like she was involved. I WILL NEVER stay here again!

The only thing positive about this place is the location, which is about 2 blocks away from Bourbon street. The free continental breakfast, Monday through Friday was ok. Other than that, the facility highly worn, carpets in halls very used amd outdated. Room wasn't clean, there was still hairs on bathroom floor. Cockroaches are everywhere outside, even saw one on the outside of our room window when we first arrived. When checking out in the early morning hours, the staff just said they couldn't check out at the time due to resetting system. No thank you or anything else. Will not be returning.

Nice location, but lots of issues

Room would not cool, 80 degrees and higher entire stay even with fans that we bought. Could not get anyone to bring us towels even after 4 requests. Parking is a minimum of 45$ a night. The pool is tiny and was disgusting. Broken doors, and more. Not very accessible or family friendly. Could not get an answer when calling the front desk. Staff was friendly when we did interact though. Overheard others complain about bugs.

Ugh, this hotel was gross. The lobby and hallways were filthy. The room wasn't cleaned well, and there was trash everywhere. The sheets smelled weird too. I hated it. The food was awful. The fruit had the skins on, the meat was raw the second morning, and everyone was pissed. The staff is super slow, and the line at the front desk was insane. Lots of people were complaining in the lobby about how slow check-in was.
