The front desk staff was very accommodating especially after a long car ride in. The property was very clean and comforting. Plan on staying here again in the near future specifically just to enjoy the amenities the hotel offers.

Clean room & great staff is what stood out the most. They couldn’t find my reservation because I booked through Expedia, but because I had to wait at the front desk for 10 minutes while they called a different department to verify the stay, they upgraded me. I only stood there for about 10 minutes, but they wanted to make sure I enjoyed my stay, and it was much appreciated! They were great and the room was spotless!

I wasn’t sure about booking this hotel for a cruise we would be taking. For the price and level of service, we were pleasantly surprised. Our room was very large with a great view. It smelled of new carpet. All of the amenities were an added bonus. The complementary evening drinks and food, as well as the breakfast, were fantastic! Parking was reasonable and easily accessible as compared to previous places we’ve stayed! This is our new place to stay going forward!

Great stay from the moment we checked in! The hotel is beautiful and in a perfect location (literally just a 5–7 minute walk to Bourbon Street). The General Manager personally checked us in and was incredibly friendly and personable, as was the rest of the staff. Our room was clean and really spacious. The nightly kickback event included for all guests was an added bonus. We will definitely be back!
