Great stay! Awesome weekend

My friends and I were doing a birthday getaway and since we were all individual adults having three bedrooms with adult size beds was very hard to find. This property was exactly what we needed. It is not far away from anything you would want to do, the rate was affordable and the host was amazing.

The house was clean, beds were super comfortable. House rules were easy to follow, run a load of towels when you leave. There appeared to be a bullet hole in the front window. The burned out lights on the fans were a bit annoying. Not a neighborhood I will stay in again.

Nola Home away from.home

It was a comfortable stay. No complaints. I wish there was more than 1 bathroom and the bedrooms did not have televisions. Property was very cozy, very accessible, and most of all clean. I would recommend staying here if you are in town on business.

Great place

The home was amazing. It reminded me of my mom‘s house. She was very convenient.the local store was close Frenchman was not far I walked almost every day Lyft was cheap like 8 dollars a ride 10 if you have a group of 6 but it was a great low-key place to stay in the water filter was soooooo great love that thing you gone need it because it was hot outside quick little 1 ..2.. fill your water bottle up in hit the streets but overall great location in great location with you wanting to stay close near Frenchmen st

Great Place for Jazz Fest

This property was fantastic. It was just what we needed for our trip to New Orleans. The off-street parking was great. The house was clean and bright. Good water pressure in shower and faucets. The only thing we couldn't figure out was the television. There were a number of streaming services, but I think we would have had to sign into our own accounts to use them. Some ability to view over-the-air or simple basic cable channels would have been nice. Otherwise, no complaints. Easy check-in and checkout.

Perfect stay

Travelling into the city for a conference and meeting friends and we found this place. The neighborhood is quiet and cute but also we were close to everything we wanted to see. We drove in and the off street parking was awesome. Excellent stay!

Nice house worked well for music festival

clean house, a bit spare but workable kitchen, three nice bedrooms each with queen size bed. Perfect for our purposes. Fairly close to French Quarter but quiet at night.

Great location but clealineless fell short

We love the proximity of this vrbo to the areas of frenchman st and imo the best music areas in nola. The short comings were the floors were sticky as we walked in which we mopped and the water was black when we dumped it. All the windows were moldy and there was really no sign of a good cleaning that had happened prior to our arrival. The house looks nice from the outside and theres ample parking.

This property was perfect. The house was very cozy and inviting. The beds were soft and comfortable. The house was really clean. It's located closely located to some really amazing restaurants, Melba's was in walking distance. It didn't take long at all to walk to the French Market from there either. The owner were easy to reach and quick to respond. We couldn't of picked a better property or more convenient location. We will absolutely stay here again when we come back. Loved our stay.

Not a bad place , iffy neighborhood, house needs some maintenance.

Not a bad place, iffy neighborhood, interior doors do not latch closed , no bottled water until last day of stay it showed up on front porch. Hair dryer didn't work , overall clean place not far from downtown, needs some interior maintenance. We were supposed to get door entry code the morning of arrival date but didn't, had to message property manager for code. Got code fairly quickly and got in alright but should have got it earlier as promised. Not fault of property owner but we had a lady knock on the door late the first night of stay and said her son was in a motorcycle accident and she had no money for gas to get to gospital and she would stop back in the morning to pay it back , never showed up. Really poor town , watch out for scammers...

Clean, convenient, parking is a big bonus!

Clean, neat, comfy beds and everything we needed to enjoy our stay for French Quarter Fest. Very convenient location and parking on site was a big plus for us.
