Stayed in a 2 bedroom terrace suite. We had a full kitchen which was good, we had our taxi driver stop at super value where we bought food to stock the refrig. The pool and beach area were my favorite. Very quiet and not crowded. We were still able to walk to the water park and we rode the shuttle to the marina village and other parts of Atlantis. Great trip!!!

Clean, very pleasant and friendly staff. So many entertainment options, clean and not overcrowded beaches or pools, rooms are very spacious and clean. Room serves were great!

Beautiful property. Incredibly expensive food drinks resort wide. Some staff was friendly while others seemed miserable to be there. Overall, would go back but would plan meals differently to help cut back on expenses.

Security in hotel and outside. It was quiet. Free transportation to other hotels ran 24 hrs. Activities some were not free. Average lunch was $40.00 for 2 people and this was outside near the pool. Restraunt would have been a lot more we didn't go there. Very nice beach. Room had kitchen net had left overs in room. You could use other hotel pools if you wanted to. The Reef Hotel was nice over all.

Though we stayed at Reef hotel, we were able to use almost all facilities in other resorts within Paradise Island. All places are connected by Shuttle throughout the day.

1- we were booked at the Reef and were then shunted to the Coral. The Reef is more upscale and has a private beach and pool with fewer children. I have older kids and this was one of the first no-kid vacations for us and we wanted some quiet. So they blamed Expedia - which I think is lame. And then they gave us a generous 'resort' credit. Which kinda tells me that they knew it was their fault. The credit lasted about 3.5 days because of the inflated prices. It's a sanitized version of an island country - catering to Americans and their families. If you want culture and history, this is not the place. If you want expensive food and drinks presented in a place that can easily be mistaken for any hotel in the US, this is for you. And by expensive, I mean the food is actually really nice quality and though limited in selection, the wines are good enough. It's an impoverished island where you pay USD for everything. I spent less money in both Italy and France on longer holidays. Never going back! Not my bag.

I loved the fact it was less Hussle and bustle than the Royal. Loved the view and the shuttle service. Didn't care for the fact there wasn't curtesy bottled water in the rooms, don't care for faucet water. Noticed A/C was a little noisy during the night. Shower drain was a little slow. However, I'd still give it a 10!

We booked The Reef but ended up at The Coral. What was sold to us was a lie.we were told we were moved by Atlantis as they didn’t like the price we paid on Expedia. So careful when you book you might not get what you paid for.

The Atlantis property is beautiful, clean and so much fun ! We enjoyed the Reef for our family of 5 it was quiet and more family friendly then the Royal. Thank you Atlantis for such a fun time! We could see how much the staff cares for the property by how wonderful and well kept the property was.
