Hotel needs some remodeling/updating in some areas- but is kept very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful, food and drinks were great. Bar had very nice selection.

The menu at the buffet is the same every day with very few changes. The food is good but more variety would be nice. Pool closes early. Daily activities are the same and get old. The staff are great and the beach is beautiful. This was our 7th trip over the last 12 years. It is definitely worth the price. If you want laid back pool/beach days and quiet nights, this is your place.

We had a great time. The room had a great view, very clean and loved having the refrigerator stocked at all times. Rooms service was very convenient. It was within walking distance to Atlantis and other restaurants. We felt very safe and staff was very accommodating. Down side was the hotel next door is closed, but didn't effect us.

Property needs attention and during the day lining up for a drink at the bar. The staff are amazing too bad the resort is poor shape. Nice location on the beach and atvs are super annoying.

We were very pleased with the entire facility. We were here before it was Tenno aged snd the change is just amazing. Our only issue was a very slippery shower situation and we both fell and needed to go to the er. The staff handled this very well and a security guard waited up for our return at 2 am! Good thing he did as we did not grab our too Mr key!!!
