This property was beautiful, clean, and close to downtown. We had 5 adults staying there for our fun trip to Nashville. We found it roomy and accommodating. Communication with the host was great. We would highly recommend this property.

This is a great place to stay. We used Uber to take us downtown. The rates were much better than parking. Right off the interstate so easy to get around when we wanted to explore. The townhouse was set up perfectly for our needs. Loved the deck for morning coffee. Host was very responsive. Easy check in. Worry free stay. It was just delightful.

Nice townhouse but not family friendly neighborhood

We really liked the house but the neighbors were noisy into the early morning hours the first night. The second night there was an incident that involved several police officers being in the neighborhood for several hours. The host was responsive and we realize this was out of his control but this was unfortunately our experience.

The property was clean and in good condition, but the condo was in an unsafe area. Very glad we were able to park in a secure garage on the property. Need to replace the cookware with new skillets.

Not good

Impression not very good - mold in two out of the three showers . Toilet paper holder not mounted properly in upstairs bathroom. No remote controls for bedroom fans . Outlets with no USB connections - this place not very modern . TVs that are offset in the bedroom should be on a full motion mount for proper viewing position. We had an amputee with us with no seats in the showers . The walls looked like they had been under attack with many many smudges - crappy patch painting and even some nicks were clearly very visible. I not happy with property management company at all . This place was not inspected and not cleaned properly. We will not recommend this rental to anyone .

Great spot if your wanting to go to poplar areas around easy to get an uber. Owner reached out to make sure everything was good and stayed in touch throughout. Enjoyed our time!

House was amazing. loved haveing all the different levels as some people like to stay up late or get up early. With that said, all the levels and stairs were not the best of the vacation. If anyone in your party can not do stairs they either would have to stay in the bottom room or find a different home. For us it worked out fine. House could use a good DEEP clean. like dusting of the doors, behind the beds, under the furniture items like that. I only noticed because someone had white socks on that were dirty after walking around. Host was great and accommodating. We had no complaints just suggestions.

Great apartment & location!!

Our vrbo was in a great location, just 10mins away from downtown Nashville! It was very clean and modern, and my friends and I loved staying here! We would definitely stay here again! 10/10!!

Mid life Girls Trip

I great place to stay with friends. Our ages ranged 40-50 and it was so nice to have our own rooms and bathrooms. The living space on the separate floor was perfect. We could stay up/sleep late without waking anyone up. The location was a short uber to downtown. Mark was so helpful every time I had a question (s). Check was easy and quick. Highly recommend.
