With family and friends. The hotel is in a wonderful spot and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The only negative comment was the housekeeping could be more diligent. Dirty glasses were not changed during room cleaning and shower rug not left. I will say when notifying front desk it was quickly rectified. One bonus with this property is they provide bagged ice and have still and sparkling water stations on each floor.

Rooms are nice and spacious. The coffee shop and bar/'restaruant downstairs are also great. The location in the Gulch is quiet, but with access to several local stores, and only a short drive to the major tourist areas.

The hotel was phenomenal! Marsh House was outstanding! Our room was spotless and we loved the ice and sparkling water provided! Everyone was friendly and helpful! Be aware that it is 54$ a night for the valet parking. Excellent stay over Christmas
