Some cleanliness issues in room (wall under desk/bathroom door jam). Had a shuttle but seemed like it was only available to some customers not all (ie me).

Liked the location, newness, friendliness of the staff, and cleanliness of the property. Others: Hotel was fully booked during our stay, meaning that the complimentary breakfast ran out by 9:00 am one morning when we slept late, so we had to go elsewhere. We also had one day during our stay where they forgot to clean our room and provide us with new towels, but it wasn't a big deal.
Rooms were clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly.

From our first walk in to check in the staff were super friendly! Breakfast was great every day! Rooms were nice and clean! The rooftop bar and restaurant were amazing. Offered an awesome view of the city! Staff was very informative about where to go and what to do! I would highly recommend this hotel if headed to downtown Nashville!
