The Lab! Come stay in our brand new space.

We are very excited to offer this brand new apartment. The upstairs of our 125 year old office building. This space was a dental lab for over 50 years and we recently rebuilt it into a brand new apartment from scratch.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and a sofa bed.

The apartment was very nice! The stairs are metal and you can see thru so that was not fun for some. The only thing I could not find is what was expected when we left. But overall a very nice place to stay and would stay again!

We had a great time here! We were visiting our college daughter and loved having two bedrooms and making some home cooked meals! Honestly wish we would’ve had more time. The main street area looked like a great place to explore!

This was a great spot for a quick weekend trip. It was a 2 block walk to 17th Street bbq, and a block to get to route 13. The stairs were a little iffy, but the inside of the apartment was great. Very clean and when I had an issue with the code the property manager responded quickly to walk me through how to get in. Very happy with our experience!

Excellent loft apartment horrible stairs for kiddos and pets

Wonderful apartment! Beautifully remodeled. Everything was clean and in perfect condition. Our only complaint is the stairs which is not of any fault of the host. They are just not great for pets or kiddos. The host was great and had excellent communication. We would stay again even with the stairs.

Guests need to report small things.

A good place to stay, it is either new or recently updated. However, as most places are things sometimes need attention, for example, the cabinet doors under the sink were very loose, the host was unaware. I blame the prior guests for not bringing it up. The host contacted us a few times during our stay to make sure things were right. I am confident that the small things would get addressed after we left. I would stay again. Pictures are correct.
