This house is in a great location to walk to town - Post House Inn, Pharmacy, shops. Also easy to bop around Mt Pleasant and Shem Creek - so much within a 5 min drive. Great for dogs with huge backyard and front yard. Also if you’re traveling with your pet, there is a meetup a few blocks away where dogs can play off leash. Owner has kitchen and bedrooms well stocked. Won’t need a thing! Very cozy and inviting. Felt very safe. Would definitely suggest this to anyone or even be back!

Beautiful little house in a wonderful location. Took walks every morning and evening enjoying the historic homes. Easy access to shopping & restaurants.Everything needed is there and David (host) is easy to communicate with and is very helpful. Will stay again!!

While we visit the Charleston area quite often, we’ve never stayed in the Old Village area; what a delight! The house is super cute and very clean! Stocked very well, including spices. And was comfortable enough for a 10 day stay. It’s a close walk to several great spots, coffee shops, a local bar, a shop or two. And on Tuesdays there is a fantastic farmers market at the middle school around the corner. I can’t recommend this enough, you can literally grab everything you need for a super fresh farm to table meal. This home is also walkable to Shem Creek, Pitt St Bridge and downtown Old Village, they’re just not super close. Highly recommend this house!

Sweet little getaway

We absolutely loved our stay here! The home was perfect for our trip. Everything we needed while staying was stocked in the home, and with both the front and back yard being completely fenced in, it was perfect for our fur baby. The location is close to all of the restaurants, grocers, and sites. The property manager was always available and attentive if we needed to contact him. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to mount pleasant!

Cute House, Responsive Host!

My friends and I had a wonderful time in David's home. Everything was exactly as pictured, and David was an excellent host and correspondent. We had an issue with the half-bath toilet, and he sent his handyman to fix it right away. Would stay again!

Great Location

The rental is a 10 minute walk from the Shem Creek boardwalk area. Lots of restaurants close by and easy drive over the bridge to Charleston. Quiet neighborhood and comfortable home.
