A charming cottage located in the heart of Shem Creek just over the bridge in Mt. Pleasant. The cottage consists of 2 bedrooms each with queen size beds and one bathroom. Living area opens into the kitchen with a dining table for four and coastal chic decor. Enjoy the spacious yard while dining al fresco or walk to one of the great restaurants near by. Located a block from the waters of Shem Creek and you can rent kayaks and paddle boards right at the waters edge. In a 4 block radius there are 18 restaurants and bars, 2 coffee shops, a beverage super store, a farmers market, and 2 antique malls. The heart of downtown Charleston is a 12 minute drive and the beach at Sullivan's Island is 3 miles away. The Historic district of the Old Village is walking distance and offers many beautiful antebellum homes, several nice shops and a first class restaurant. Great place!

Great place. Exactly as described. Great location too. Many activities were easily walkable and easy quick drive to the beach and downtown. Great communication with host. We would definitely stay here again.One suggestion would be to have beach towels/chairs for guest use. I think this would be a nice perk and added bonus, but would stay here again regardless.

A Wonderful Stay!

The property is located within walking distance of all the places we love in Shem Creek. The house was perfect for our stay. It was extremely comfortable, well appointed, tastefully decorated and well stocked. We can hardly wait to come back again!

This home was in the perfect location! Walking distance from coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and activities on Shem Creek! The perfect quiet place for a couple or small family. We felt safe and enjoyed every minute!

This was a perfect stay for my husband and me. Is as quaint and lovely as the pictures show. So conveniently located to Shem Creek and lots of fantastic nearby restaurants there in Mount Pleasant. You can easily get to Charleston, although Mount Pleasant was wonderful in itself and this little cottage was even lovelier. Highly recommend!
