Enter your own private entrance overlooking a beautiful garden with shared backyard yet privately partitioned. Walking distance from restaurants, pharmacy, grocery store, coffee and ice cream shops. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood between Sullivans Island beach and historic downtown Charleston. Head to the nearby Charleston Harbor, beaches, Shem Creek boardwalk for gorgeous views and amazing sunsets!
The space
Enter the cottage from the beautiful, private courtyard area. On the first level, the cottage offers a bright, spacious and stylish living area with a fully equipped kitchen (including a fabulous coffee station), master bedroom with 1 queen bed, a private full bath and separate laundry. On the second level, a large bedroom features 2 queen beds, ensuite full bath, and remote work station with Wi-Fi. The front porch invites you to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon tea as you sit at the bistro table greeted by the native birds and the beauty of the garden flowers. It is also a perfect place for an evening of stargazing with your favorite glass of wine!

We have a strict “No pet policy”. All linens and towels are provided. There is a coffeemaker that brews a full pot of coffee or can brew a single cup of coffee using the K-cups. The cottage was perfectly located with ease to downtown Charleston and Daniel Island. It is also adjacent to nearby grocery stores and restaurants in Mt. Pleasant. It was perfectly appointed with everything we required and more. We were completely satisfied and will return and also highly recommend this property for a quiet place nearby to all that Mt Pleasant and Charleston have to offer.

My husband and I took my mom for her birthday week since none of us had ever visited Charleston. The set-up of this cottage worked perfect for us. She had the downstairs bedroom and bathroom and we had the upstairs. It was nice to be in somewhat of a central location to all the places we wanted to visit. I ran in the neighborhood one morning and felt completely safe and then went to the Pitt St. Bridge another time for a run. I would definitely recommend this cottage if you want away from the busyness of downtown but close to multiple activities.

Perfect Memorial Day weekend getaway spot!
Cozy, clean and perfectly setup for a short stay with super easy check in/check out. Great use of space and super convenient location to IOP and Sullivan’s as well as many restaurants and shops in Mount Pleasant and downtown Charleston, Would definitely come back and will recommend to friends!

Cute place in a great spot
Super cute little cottage house behind the main house. It was nice fit for 3 people with 2 full bathrooms. Take note when arriving if at night it’s behind the main house. You do walk through the front yard to a gate . Clean and quiet.
