The room felt neglected, The environment smell smoky. inside the room was not well maintenance. husband and I end up going to another Hotel close by, the, the minute we step into the room my husband was disappointed, the carpet was dirty etc. I wish i can get a refund back, because we did not spend the night at the facility. we end up paid for dirt. I would not recommend this to anyone.

This was the most dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed at. From the sheets/towels, shower, and walls were filthy. From the pictures provided you wouldn't assume but this hotel very, very old! The staff was pleasant but this place needs some major changes asap!

Horrible experience. False advertisement. The pictures that are advertised is not what it is in actuality. This is a motel. Dirty bedding, floors,walls,bathroom. All the bread had mold on in in the breakfast area . This place need a complete remodel. They should be ashamed.

The one thing that was lacking was there were no cups or glasses in the hotel room! That is the first I’ve seen that. I had to cup my hands with water to rinse after brushing my teeth, and the same to swallow an over the counter capsule. I brought a paper cup from breakfast to the room to use. Other than that, the room was nicely designed, clean, the front desk was nice, and the stay was pleasant.

I immediately checked out after arriving. The first room I was given the floors were sticky, there was mold around a receptacle, and there was an odor coming from the bathroom and bed set. Went to the front desk and asked to a room switch and the second room was cleaner but there was a buildup of something around the vent in the bathroom and the bed sheets were not cleaned. Staff was very nice but nothing could recover from how unclean I felt after being in those rooms. Checked out, went across the highway to another hotel, am going to file for a refund.
