Staff are very friendly and helpful. But we had to pay extra for breakfast and they didn’t have pool. And the towel were smelly. I hope they will change and improve. It was really easy to get there with shattl and was very comfortable hotel

Good room, not good service

At the first, the room looked clean, tidy and cosy. We were happy. We needed toothpaste so asked front staff and heard that they could send it to our room. However, they perfectly forgot the what they said. Very disappointed.
