The property is close to the mall, gas station, places to eat which is nice. The room itself was okay. We arrived and the door to our room was open. We did not have to key in. Then when I tried to call front office the telephone was not working, wifi access was not available, lastly the iron provided in the room was also broken. We were there for a golf tournament event and needed to press our clothes before going, but was not able to since the iron was not working. We were disappointed given the price we paid for staying. Morning staff was great. Check in staff was okay.

Room floor was extremely dirty like it’s never been mopped before! Within 30 mins of walking around with socks, my daughter’s feet were black! We had to walk around in shoes and sandals the entire stay!

There was a mistake with the reservation date and the only assistance I was given by the front desk and manager was ( you can go back online and rebook but it will cost you more and we won’t refund you for the room you weren’t able to check in for ) . They just said “ make Expedia refund you ! “

One of the worst stays I've ever had. Not a hotel more like a motel. No restaurant. No ironing board. Virtually no amenities. Looked like a murder room with stains on the curtains and ceiling.

The room condition needs to be remodeled, and the lobby is super tiny providing nothing for the guests.

Front desk had a hard time finding my reservation. Once found we got to our room. Wall paper in bathroom was peeling. Toilet made a big bang noise every time it was flushed. Hot tub was out of service. Cob webs in room. Black spider was crawling on the ceiling. We left a day early was not comfortable sleeping with spiders. And will not be going back.

The AC was broken. You guys need new curtains. Bathroom needs to be cleaned more not just a toilet seat but other areas of the toilet pretty much remodeled the bathroom.
