We had a fantastic stay here in Monterey! The hotel was exceptionally clean, which made for a very comfortable experience. One of the highlights was the great breakfast—plenty of options, fresh, and a perfect way to start the day. The location was also a big plus. It was close enough to the freeway for easy access but still near all the fun attractions Monterey has to offer. Whether it was the aquarium, Cannery Row, or the scenic coastline, everything was just a short drive away. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely return. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Monterey! Rating: ★★★★★ (5/5)

Very comfy and clean

This place was perfect for us took the wife and kids and we enjoyed it. The breakfast was delicious and the bed was comfortable. Service was super friendly. Location was right next to a Denny’s so it was convenient for us. I would definitely stay here if I’m in the area again!

Friendly and helpful staff (particular thank-yous to Raichel and Eddie!!), very comfortable bed, quiet at night, effective (and quiet!) fan/heater unit, wonderful shower (great water pressure!), lots of drawers, shelves, and counters……not fancy but exactly what we wanted for a short getaway to the Monterey area.

At check-in, the gentleman at the desk told me that my room was ready but a repair needed to be made…I asked for—and received—a different room. The room was spacious and clean, but it was very cold in it. There was only a wall heater that would run for about 20-30 seconds before shutting off, and it would come back on for another cycle a short time later. It finally got warm by the next morning when we were about to leave. A single very slow elevator was available, but walking was quicker. Breakfast is heavy on carbs, with the proteins coming an a pre-packaged biscuit with bacon/sausage and egg.

Loved this hotel!

I really liked this hotel. The staff was super friendly and my room was very clean and very generous, all at an affordable price. They welcomed my dog and even gave him a welcome sign. It's very conveniently located with restaurants very nearby and a CVS across the street. I highly recommend it.
