"We had the Privilege Junior Swim Up Suite Pros: The property was very clean and laid out. Everything was within close walking distance. The beach and pool were in very close proximity to the rooms. The staff was very friendly. We had the privilege package, and the butler service were excellent. Every restaurant served very good food. We were completely satisfied. The swim up pool was the best. We loved it. Cons: We did not get all amenities that came with the privilege package. We had to ask multiple times for them before finally getting them. Our room was not as expected or properly ready when we were delivered to it. We had to request items that were missing from the room only to never receive them. We finally requested to be moved to a different room. Once moved to a different room, we still had to request multiple items that were missing from the new room. (The staff responded swiftly to our request in the new room and were friendly when delivering them.)"
