Staff was a amazing during my stay. Hurricane Melissa hit and the staff didnt miss a beat. They kept us fed and entertained in such a tragedy for the country. I have nothing but praises for the Riu Palace AQUARELLE in Jamaica what an amazing job they did for the people during the Hurricane and aftermath, enough cant be said I applaud them and recommend this Riu AQUARELLE once everything is back up amd running

Customer service is very poor….. my son got an infection in the pool and we end up going to the hospital, when I asked room service to get me ice for him, I was told to go 2 floors up and get it myself, I explained that I also have a baby and can’t go, therefore they hung up on me. Seriously???? And it now over…. Overall will not be back to this hotel and will never recommend to anyone.

The hotel is beautiful, new, clean and the staff including the entertainment crew was great. The food was excellent. The buffet was amazing and the restaurants were very good. We took professional pictures and she did an amazing job for my daughters quinceañera.
