We went to celebrate our anniversary and our son’s birthday and graduation. I must admit from the moment we entered the resort we were greeted with the warmest smiles and the most extraordinary staff. The staff catered to all our needs and made us feel at home. The food, excellent, the cleanliness of the rooms and the property was something out of a dream. There were several pools and water slides, also a beautiful beach. We will definitely be back. My husband and I had a wonderful time. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Food was good and the entertainment was exceptional. Our room had terrible water pressure which required a long shower to remove all of the soap. We were also disappointed in the lady that set up an excursion for our group. She said it would take about 35 minutes to get to our destination when in reality it was almost 2 hours. We talked to her afterwards to make sure she gives out the right information to other guests.

It was a nice resort. Food choices were not great, hard to get reservations because they don’t open all the restaurants everyday. The rooms were clean but the top floors were not. Only the main floor was clean. Some shows were nice and some shows were not for all audiences. Not wowed with resort, but nice for families looking for moderate accomodations. Not a 5 star.

Very good service, very clean property. Only thing- it was not close to Montego Bay or ochos rios so was harder to get a lot of on the water excursions. Only one breakfast option. Was often crowded & hot My teenage daughter & friends loved it, had a blast. They were very strict about the wristbands & teens drinking or being in adult pool so that was nice since they were all 17

Room wasn’t ready at check in time. Had to wait 45 minutes. Our room was cleaned twice out of the 4 nights we were there. Service in the specialty restaurants were slow. Buffet was always crowded. Go early to avoid crowds and find table.

This is by far one of the best resort I’ve been to it was above and beyond my expectations it’s clean the food was amazing there was variety the staff everyone was so friendly and very pleasant looking forward to another trip this year again to the same hotel .

Had nice vacation...would not go back. Staff was mostly great. Entertainment was good. Buffet food had large variety available, especially fresh fruit, salad, bread, and desserts. However food got monotonous and everything overcooked (meat, fish, pasta, chicken nuggets) to a chewy perfection. No signature dishes. Self-serve ice cream was melted mess handled by children. Food servings small and restaurants and limited to 1 entree (1-3 oz). Jerk hut at pool had good chicken but was so poorly organized there was usually a long line without shade. At breakfast, over 1000 guests and one person making omelets...so go early. The maintenance staff, housekeeping were fast to address issues. Room service took about an hour...but menu very limited. When hotel got busy, all departments were challenged...even the elevators. Grounds and interior were very clean...though the hotel exterior is not most flattering design. Loved our 9th floor view. TV's had pluto TV like option, but googlecast option for netflix doesn't work unless you have ad-free subscription. Hotel has no ATM. Nice long beach, but rocks about 10-15 feet into the water.

The food is a 2/5 buffet wise. The Steak house restaurant was the best food we had the entire trip. Our room was nice and we had a great view of the ocean. Be prepared that the beach has rocks or coral in the swim area; I would suggest packing water shoes. Overall I give our stay a 3/5, based on our room, the view, and the experience.

The resort was very nice. The staff was kind and helpful. I had several problems with the room 1064. The tv lost cable, two days i had no water pressure. I left my charger in another room but no one could find it.
