It gets the job done for working on the road

Place was overbooked, im stubborn though. You take my money you give me a room. Easy as that. Ac was trash. Didn’t keep my room cool at all. Most times I thought the heater was on. No towels in bathroom had to go and ask for towels.

Me an my daughter r waiting on our apartment to open up an wr hopped from place to place an to ve hinest this has beenna decent stay the front desk guy manager was amazing we booked a queen suiet with couch was not available but he got me annmy daughter in a room each for noe with one room price for the mishap. Worst experience ever

Sonesta Simply Suites presents themselves as a hotel, but in fact is more like a low end halfway house with people living there. Bedsheets had a cut in them, there was one pillow for a queen size bed, the shower had hair in it and pubic hairs on the shower wall. Called downstairs to ask for a hairdryer and was huffily told I'd have to come to the front desk to get one. When I went downstairs to get it they had conveniently stepped away. So wet hair it was.

Find a better place that are ‘pet friendly’

Gross place. Smelled bad, trash everywhere, very sketchy people obviously living there. Behind front desk area had piles of paper and trash in view. At least the sheets were clean. My curtain didn’t have enough drapery hooks to completely close, so couldn’t block parking lot lights.

After a long flight delay we arrived late to a dirty room with no soap and banged up furniture. Saw disheveled folks leaving the area. We checked right out and did not stay here.

This hotel was EXTREMELY dirty. Hair in the bed, hair in the shower, dust on every surface, and mould in the shower. The condition of the room was awful with scuff marks on every wall and all cupboards were scratched up. No hand soap so we had to purchase it ourselves. Found frozen chicken in our freezer from previous people that expired 2 months ago. Dirty dishes were in our dishwasher from previous people with no soap to clean them. People in the hotel were CONSTANTLY smoking despite the no-smoking signs on every room and the employee did NOTHING to stop it. We weren’t asked for a credit card for incidentals which explains the conditions of the rooms. Also was very hard to get service as the front desk employee was gone most of the time with a sign saying they had to step away. We had to wait 25mins for the employee to return when checking in AND the same thing on a separate occasion when our room key randomly stopped working and needed a new key. The hotel was very over priced considering the condition of the room, no pool, and no breakfast. Absolutely worst hotel I have EVER stayed in.
