Location was right where I needed to be, I knew the area already so knew where to look. Travelling alone so wanted to be in a place I felt comfortable and safe. Room was very comfortable, bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Staff was excellent. Room service was great, a little slow but that is because so many people are ordering in vice going to restaurants right now. The food was arriving hot so no big deal.

The hotel was beautiful. I cannot say enough about the beauty of the hotel. I found that the perception of the amenities were much more wonderful than the reality of them. Each amenity has a price tag and an inflated one at that. If the sky is the limit (financially) for your stay, great for you, enjoy! If not, I do not recommend this hotel.
Everything was fantastic. The rooms were clean. I live in the area and always wanted to try it and I got a great price for the staycation.
Excellent location in Edina. Close to fabulous shopping, restaurants and easy accessible trails.
Room was very comfortable, bummed that I had to pay a separate fee for internet connectivity (and I even am an SPG member).
Convenient for an overnight stay. Not too far from the airport. Clean room, decent service. Very good for families staying for longer than a day because the pool and amenities are nice.
The hotel staff were extremely friendly and the rooms were immaculate. The hotel is extremely clean and is very close to the city and mall of America. The hotel allows pets and barking dogs can be heard from all over but not a total nusience.

The staff could not have been friendlier! We traveled with our 4 year old, and they went out of their way to make him happy. My son is still talking about his friend "Mr. Ben"
This very attractive hotel is situated right next to Galleria which is an upscale shopping mall. Access to the larger Southdale Center is right across the street as well as a Super Target store. The hotel rooms are well-designed in a contemporary style and the bathrooms are large and luxurious. My room, a king bed room, was small with one "overstuffed" very hard chair sandwiched between the bed and the wall. It was fine for me, but would be crowded for two people except in the bathroom. The bed linens are very nice and my room was kept very clean during my 3-night stay. There is an independent restaurant within the hotel which also provides the room service. The food is very average and the service the two times I ate there was poor. A hotel of this caliber certainly should have better, higher quality dining facilities. Amenities in the room are few and of average quality and there is a charge for wi-fi access which many hotels don't charge for. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel rates are discounted for weekends but rates during the week are very high. Parking is free, but the ramp is not connected to the hotel and requires an outdoor walk of about half a block. I may or may not stay there again.

We stayed at this hotel July 4th weekend to apartment hunt. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the room was right - big enough to be comfortable, but compact enough to not have a lot of space wasted. Great location next to Galleria mall which made eating very convenient as we had lots of cuisine/price range options. Two small downsides - the hotel offers a $5 voucher if you pass on room cleaning, which we did, however the only place to really use it was McCormick & Schmick's, but we didn't dine there since we're not big steak eaters. So that ended up being a coupon lost in use. Would have preferred a $5 gift card to Starbucks next door, or $5 towards room service. Another small downside was the bed - I have heard rave reviews of the Westin beds but found ours to be too firm. The bedding was high quality and comfortable but the mattress itself was not as great as I expected. Besides those two items though, this was a great place to stay in Edina and we'd recommend it to others.
