Enjoy very convenient access to major highways, several hospitals, the airport, and Mall of America. Enjoy comfortable beds with hotel linens, smart televisions, and a fully stocked kitchen. The lower level features a large bedroom with a king bed and walk-in closet, as well as a desk and a small exercise area. Off-street parking. Garage space included.

This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house that is a part of a side-by-side duplex. Newly renovated!
On the main level, there’s an in concept kitchen and living room with all new appliances and a large smart TV. You will find a bathroom that has a tub/shower combination, as well as two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen bed.
In the basement you will find a 3rd bedroom with a king bed and large walk in closet. There is a sitting room with a smart tv, a desk, workout mat with a yoga and resistance bands.
There’s a full size bathroom and laundry as well in the basement.

You have private, full access to this unit. Long term renters are in the other side of the duplex.

Super cute and convenient
This house is beautiful inside. Beds are super comfy- everything was clean, the manager always responded quickly. Would definitely love to stay here again next year when we come back for the Yacht Club Fest.
