I was hesitant after my last stay here, as things had gotten very bad. Room was filthy, broken furniture with cigarette burns everywhere, bathroom fixtures busted up, ect. The ad stated "updated" rooms, so I took a chance. So glad that I did, everything was good again & my "go to place" when visiting family is back.

Very nice staff, however, little touches that could have made it a good stay were missing. Though the printed materials stated breakfast was available until 10am, it was closed by 9. Also, at 9am, keycards were automatically deactivated and the doors to the rooms no longer latched. So, to take items out to the car, or go downstairs to get coffee, the room was left completely open to anyone who would want to enter. Also, as there was no coffee available in the rooms, you had to go down to the lobby to get coffee. Both mornings the coffee was weaker than tea, dispensing mostly just hot water, though I had informed the front desk of this the first morning. Finally, in trying to pick up the phone to call the front desk to inquire about getting the tv turned on (the sign on the wall was not correct in how to get it running) we discovered our phone was stuck in the cradle by a disgusting sticky unknown substance, which was never discovered by housekeeping.

Went there to stay with friends out of the cold yes it is a kitchenette you have to bring your own utensils and pots and pans also $100 deposit that was not told to us until we got there and it has to be cash front desk personnel was not very friendly either and demanded the deposit or you cannot stay

Rooms are very large and comfortable. Refrigerator, stove top etc. very clean! Breakfast included?- toast and coffee. No coffee cream. Staff only okay. Walls very thin- can hear everything your neighbors are doing. TV didn’t work. Easy check in and check out.

The room was a very good size. The bed was comfortable. Some improvements though would be the mold around the base of the shower should be taken care of and also the grout on the bathroom floor tiles is bad, so the tiles are loose. For the price, it was too be expected. It was a warm place to stay during a snowstorm.

Even though it’s a non-smoke building but still smell smoke odor. Room was advertised as deluxe oversized 790 sq ft. But it’s nothing near that size. Just a normal standard room I would say max 390 sq ft. Don’t know who is lying, website or the hotel itself. You need to clarify and resolve the issue. I didn’t want to bother with hotel about the issue since I probably not going to book again and have other things to take care. Bedsheets were old. Shower could use a nonslip mat since it’s very slippery after washing, has to watch out the drain might get trip. Staff still come clean the room even though I put the sign “Do not Disturb”.
