Staffs were super friendly. I don’t know the two ladies’ names, but they checked us in and was very kind. Most people who work second shift is crabby and give poor customer service by night time, but not these two ladies. The room was clean and AMAZING! I can’t believe it was so budget friendly with how lovely everything was (lobby, customer service, hotel room layout, shower, etc….) it would definitely be our go to for weekend getaways from our kids! Haha! I love where it is located and the security they have after a certain time at night.

The location was great! We usually visit the area once a year to go to the Mall of America. This hotel is close enough to get there quickly, but not so close that you have to deal with all the traffic. There is a shopping center .3 miles away that has a grocery store, Starbucks and some other restaurants and shopping stores!
This was a brand new facility with some neat touches. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My only complaint would be getting into the parking lot as you have to kind of maneuver around the block to get in from a busy road.
