Was very disappointed no refrigerator our microwave in our room for that price

Staff wasn't very friendly, but the hotel served its purpose. It was quiet and comfortable beds. However the hotel was out of shampoo and conditioner so we were kind of out of luck in that aspect.

The room was clean, staff very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast had plenty of choices. Very happy with our stay.

Room was o.k., but noisy. Could hear conversation in next door room loud and clear until 1 a.m.. No coffee maker in room like other Microtels. Continental breakfast was a joke. No regular coffee. Very little food. What was present was unappealing. I have enjoyed other Microtels. Usually good value. This one was below standards for a budget motel.

Outside of hotel looked OK but room felt icky and smelled like smoke. People loitering in and out of the main lobby area were rude. Woman at the check-in desk was pleasant.

We stayed here 2 nights. With the discounted room it was only 70 per night. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. I have stayed in much worse places that I would never go back to. This room would be worth revisiting. It's was also pretty close to the mall of America which was our reason for the stay. Overall it was a good hotel.

Friendly staff hotel was a little banged up. Was just for one night even let me check in early.

Our third or fouth stay at this hotel and it has served us well every time. Conveniently located to the airport and park and rides and inexpensive. Will be back again.

Very nice staff. Good clean inexpensive place without all the bells and whistles. Very good location with easy access into the city. Excellent safe parking and easy to drive to with GPS. Very close to airport too.

I've stayed here several times before and will do so again. It's an economical, no-frills location. Breakfast is simple, and the rooms are rather Spartan - but rates have been good, and the location is clean and quiet.

Staff left and bed were bad, size of room was good

for the money the place was great staff was nice rooms are clean location was fine

The hotel was out-dated but reasonably clean. The biggest problem was the noise. My daughter showered before bedtime and the pipes knocked and rattled extremely loudly for about 2 minutes and then continued to intermittently knock for more than an hour. Every time we would just get to sleep, the pipes would knock again and wake us up. There was also a lot of road noise outside the room. The staff was pleasant and the continental breakfast was adequate and fresh.

Stayed a night at this Microtel before catching a flight out of the MSP Airport. It was about 12 minute ride. We needed a place to lay our heads for 6 1/2 short hours so we were not interested in spending a lot of money, yet we wanted something clean and safe. This place served that purpose well, although it was a little tricky to get to. You can see the place from the road but it is kind of a back entrance. Had we actually followed the directions it would have been no problem. The rooms are quite small but clean and the linens and towels were all fine. We did smell cigarette smoke in the hallway on the way to our room but nothing at all in our room. The TV was kind of oddly located on top of the closet but no big deal. I did like the long window seat that worked well for putting our bags on as it was the perfect height. There was a continental breakfast that unfortunately was not open due to our early departure, but the coffee was made and they did have at least some fruit out and access to some yogurt. Also, the desk clerk was kind enough to turn the juice machine on for us which we really appreciated. Oh, another nice touch was they had late evening popcorn in the lobby which was a welcome sight due to our later arrival and the fact that we were starving. Which reminds me! There are no restaurants close by that we saw.....on the main road anyway. Thankfully, the hotel has several brochures for pizza places that deliver there so we went with that. All and all a good stay and we will stay there again for that purpose. I don't know that I would do an extended stay or with a family due to the size of the room but perhaps other rooms are larger.

Attended a concert at Excel Energy Center and this worked perfect for us!!!! Close to Interstate for anyone heading south on I-35 or using airport

We were only there one night, checking in late and checking out early but the motel & it's staff offered us everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms, hallways, & stairways were very well kept. They also provided a very lovely continental breakfast included in the very reasonable room rate.

Good value and clean rooms and nice breakfast and friendly staff

I always wonder when I get to a hotel late what hassle might exist. There was none. In less than a minute I was headed to my room. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is limited, but did the job. I was there less than 8 hours, but everything was good.

Carpet very worn and so dirty you didn't even want to wear just socks and walk on it. Still has old tube tv's. Needs to be cleaned and updated.

The carpet in the room was smelly and the room smell like someone just smoked! It was a non smoking hotel. I woudn't recomend this microtel location to anyone and would never go back.
