Upon my arrival, the agent was not able to find my reservation. The agent took a long time (about 15minutes) to trying solve the situation. The agent told me to just cancel my reservation that I made via Orbitz in which I was not able to do so. Finally, the agent talked to the manager or the property and was able to check-in. On my third day of my stay, my room has been cleaned during the day and when I came back to my room around 4pm, the key was not working and even it was not even locked. It got me thinking what if my belongings were gone. Luckily, there was nothing missing, reported to the property and they changed my room in which was even more uncomfortable since I had to pack everything in order to be able to move to another room. After changing my room on my third day, then the noise issue happened since there was construction (paving) going on. Overall, I would definitely look for some other options instead of recommending this property.

Good stay

Overall, I thought the hotel was fine. Our room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast variety was good. However, sometimes it is the "little things" that differentiate hotels. Although minor, we were a bit put off by the holes in the bath mat/towels, the bathroom door that would not close because it got stuck on the floor tiles, the top drawer of the dresser that would not stay closed (probably because it needed to be shimmed). These were minor problems and we would stay there again, but if corrected, it would be a more wonderful place to stay.

Absolutely not satisfied with our first stay at this place. First of all it greeted us with dirt on the bottom of the hut tub. This thing should be cleaned way more properly. Second frustrating part that we had to face was the absence of half of the channels that on the TV (As it says they provide 50 channels). Well, be ready to get bare minimum of that and the work of a Wi-Fi was so weak that I couldn’t even connect my laptop. The grand finale was being woken up at 7am (absolutely wonderful to get 5 hours of sleep after driving all day to be able to see a concert and have fun. Me and my husband from Iowa state. Quite a bit of a drive on the first place) by the fire alarm because of the burned eggs on the kitchen. Would I stay there again? Absolutely not. After requesting a refund nothing was done, as well as promised discount for the stay was not done and everything was charged as it was. Would I recommend it for anyone? If you’re in need of such adventures, you always can make a reservation. 0/10. The first bad experience with the hotel.

This hotel is not very well kept and is not very clean. The room was ok but there is a humid smell throughout. The hairdryer did not work. The shower has no where to place a bar soap or shampoo, anything other than the floor. The lobby was always dirty and the breakfast area was not cleaned in between guests.

Highly recommend. Staff was kind. Breakfast was really good!

Close to airport. Nice facility. Good value for the price.

Cleanliness of facility was lacking. Breakfast area was...not clean. Milk machine broken with a 1 gallon milk jug out in counter, not kept cool or on ice for hours. Trash overflowing. Room bathroom updates were poorly completed, appeared as if a toddler had done the drywall repairs when the sink vanity was changed out. Bath tub was in poor repair with chips and caulking around in disrepair. Staff was friendly, but not very attentive to what was going on in hotel. Cleaning staff knew no English so were unable to communicate effectively.

This is 2nd night in less than a week and was less impressed. Tv didn’t work, floor was soaking wet (still wet next morning). and while they fixed the tv they did nothing to fix the floor.

The staff was great. The services they offered was great. The hotel was kept nice and clean. Location was great.

Very convenient and super awesome shuttle service

Staff was not even try and be helpful nice place that needs new manager.
