Cleanliness of facility was lacking. Breakfast area was...not clean. Milk machine broken with a 1 gallon milk jug out in counter, not kept cool or on ice for hours. Trash overflowing. Room bathroom updates were poorly completed, appeared as if a toddler had done the drywall repairs when the sink vanity was changed out. Bath tub was in poor repair with chips and caulking around in disrepair. Staff was friendly, but not very attentive to what was going on in hotel. Cleaning staff knew no English so were unable to communicate effectively.
This is 2nd night in less than a week and was less impressed. Tv didn’t work, floor was soaking wet (still wet next morning). and while they fixed the tv they did nothing to fix the floor.
The staff was great. The services they offered was great. The hotel was kept nice and clean. Location was great.

This hotel was very nice and a good price! It was about 10 minutes from the Mall of America and less than that from the Twin Cities Outlet Mall. McDonalds and a gas station are super close by, which was convenient. The room was a good size, with a nice bathroom. We had a mini fridge and microwave. The breakfast had a good selection, and included some healthy options as well. The staff did seem like they were distracted by personal things often, but were friendly.
Old carpets and decor. Breakfast hours not as listed online. Shuttle service late for whatever reason. Friendly driver, though.
It seemed to be in good condition and run well. They were VERY short staffed at the front desk. The lady that checked us in was working 14-16 shifts, 7 days a week. She had an AWESOME attitude.

Super convenient location to TCO. Otherwise not much around it. Seems like they might be trying to update. Very limited breakfast. Found a great rate with a third party which priced it about right.
It was okay. Only there for one night. The room I got for my brother was very nice.
We stayed one night because we were flying out the next morning. Love that you can stay and leave your vehicle there while you are away on your trip. The beds didn't seem too comfortable, otherwise everything else was wonderful.
Property was recently updated, but by the looks the carpet it was not updated & the bathroom door was pretty beat up. They put new refrigerators in that are smaller & on the floor in a cabinet, which for most people it's not easy getting on the floor to get stuff. Staff was very courteous
The invoice didn’t list a price. I don’t know what I paid. I was told if I booked thru a third party they couldn’t show ythe rate.
The problem was the "Park" part of Park and Stay. The shuttle schedule was bad and the parking was offsite.
