We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Avid Hotel Roseville. It’s in a great location, there is a parking lot which is a big bonus. Upon checking in we were greeted, and the front desk staff was kind & knowledgeable. We got a king size bed, the bed & room was cozy, the aesthetic was very modern. The breakfast options were also very good. We loved it so much that we’ve already booked our next trip with them. We would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is quiet, modern and has great blackout blinds if you need them like I do. It was a very quick drive to the University of Minnesota St Paul campus which is exactly what we needed (we were expelled from the house for floor refinishing). There are restaurants close by but they require a drive. Complimentary breakfast could have been better but at least it was there. I would stay there again.

Breakfast was mediocre...old fruit, nothing for toast[bread!] cereal was flavored sugared except for oatmeal. Hot water machine sometimes worked. clock in room missing lights so a 6 or 8 was a guess.

Clean room bad breakfast experience

Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was a disaster. No coffee, very minimal offerings of food, brown bananas, and had to ask for breakfast sandwiches to be made, which were then cold inside. This was my second stay at this location. Breakfast during my first stay 3 months prior, was great and very much the opposite of this review. It went downhill greatly in that short amount of time, which is sad. Not sure if I’ll consider it for a third stay the next time I’m in the area.
